My competence is based on +20 years of experience in the business (economic) court, of which over 10 years as a judge of the business court. Over this time, I have tried over 11 000 legal cases on my own. I know the approaches of the case law.
During my work, I learned to find solutions where one usually doesn’t look for, employ out-of-the-box approaches and carefully deal with nuances.
